Beautiful Ocean Hill Share

Hi! I have a beautiful, new, clean, furnished room for rent starting on or around November 1 for up to 5 months max, 2 months min (see pics of room). The room is within a huge duplex apartment w/laundry in bldg - my bedroom and office are downstairs. The huge LR, modern bath and kitchen upstairs will be shared. 2 blocks from the Chauncey St. J, about 8 min walk from the Rockaway C. I have cats, and bringing one other might work as the space is big (litterbox is downstairs currently). Female preferred, no smoking allowed inside the apartment. There is a yard that I'm redoing and you'd be welcome to hang out there. The huge modern bathroom is shared, plus there's another half bath. About me - I'm female, a non-profit consultant, working at home and on various client locations, plus I travel for work and music. This is a good share for a student or musician.
