Massive Beautiful Room

I am looking for a roommate to share a beautifully renovated 2BR 1 bath apartment at an unbelievable location in Bed-Stuy with a cool, friendly male in 30s who works in tech. Rent does not include bills and utilities (and monthly cleaning lady) which are split evenly, rarely more than $150 per person. Please, no pets, non-smokers preferred.

The room is huge, complete with 4 LARGE WINDOWS that let in a ton of natural sunlight. In addition to the ample space, it has 2 (YES TWO!) normal-sized closets. Don't see that too often in NYC and definitely not at this price!

The apartment is recently renovated with beautiful hardwood floors, and great sunlight in the common area. The kitchen has a lovely marble-like counter top with great counter space.

To top it off, the location could not be better. Just off of Nostrand and Halsey it sits in the center of Bed-Stuy's hottest area, walking distance to some of Bed-Stuy's most popular hangouts.

It's a 6 minute walk to the Nostrand Ave. A/C train station where the express A-train will have you in lower Manhattan in under 15 minutes. Incredible location if you work in that area. Bus service is also ample and convenient to the apartment.

In terms of roommates you will preferably be a friendly and reasonably clean non-smoker. I work from home often and so if you are home during the day you must be cognizant of my needs for quiet as I am often on the phone.

I try to maintain a minimal and non-cluttered ethos to the apartment (although I sometimes have to store things for my business because we don't have an office yet), so if you have a ton of stuff, like to collect things, and/or are a hoarder, this might not be the best match for you. Contributions to a regular cleaning from a cleaning service are required!
