Hello and welcome to our beautiful home!
Your room (the front bedroom) is spacious with stained glass window accents.. There is one closet plus a built-in armoire. The apartment has a washer and dryer in unit, a dishwasher and direct access to the backyard. On the roof there is a finished deck with a gas grill for community use. You will be living with Ethan who is a professional set designer for theater. He is clean, respectful and a great friend to come home to. The apartment is 5 minutes from the 2/5 and 12 minute to Prospect Park and the B/Q. We're looking for a year lease but are flexible for the right person. Couples and pets are welcome. Utilities are not included. We will do a Zoom meeting before inviting you to see the apartment.
The Prospect Lefferts Garden neighborhood is full of friendly faces and good food. A bakery, caribbean food, pie shop and ramen places are steps away - all doing take-out and outdoor seating. Anyone who is kind, likes to laugh and is creative will find this a great spot to live!
