Sublet a cozy 1-bedroom with garden in Sunset Park

We are subletting our beautiful, cozy garden apartment (with garden!) July 18-29 ($935) -- with a discount possible for cat/plant care. (See below.) We could be flexible a few days before or after as well. We're also asking a $500 deposit, to return at the end of your stay.

Apartment details:

-1 bedroom/1 bathroom (w/shower) on the ground floor in a three-family home.

-Private entrance and hallway.

-Separate living room and eat-in kitchen.

-The apartment can sleep 3 but is probably more comfortable for 2.

-Utilities and WiFi included

-Large, private backyard with patio furniture, trees and other plants.

-Two sweet cats live there, too. (More on them below.)

Neighborhood:

-Blocks from the N/R 45th St. stop and the D/N/R 36th St. express stop. (Brooklyn) 30min to 14th Street Union Square if the subterranean gods are with you.

-B37, B70, B35, and B63 nearby.

-Short walks to the water, Industry City, Sunset Park, and 59th St. ferry stop.

-Grocery store across the street

-Restaurants -- especially good Latin American food -- close by; a Chinese neighborhood with good markets and restaurants just up the hill. Minutes to Park Slope if that?s more your speed.

We are asking $85 a night; however, if you are game to feed our two, friendly cats and water our plants, it's $75. If cat feeding isn't your thing, we would have someone come by and feed them while you were here. Reach out if you're interested. Thanks!
