Large townhome, huge room, 2 baths, private yard

Our roommate is moving back to Iceland and we need to find someone to replace her. The room is large (11x17) with nice sunny windows that overlook our backyard. The room can come furnished if needed. We are two women and one dog (dachshund) living in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in BedSty close to the Uticastop on the A train.

The apartment covers two floors of a 3 story townhome. We have a huge kitchen with plenty of seating, two living areas and a basement with a washer/dryer. The bedrooms are all one the second floor along with one of the two bathrooms. We also have a private backyard/garden. This home has tons of space!

Our household is pretty quiet, we do most of our entertaining outside the home, but aren?t opposed to occasional visits from friends. This is not a party household. We maintain a friendly relationship, but have our own lives. We work as a team to keep everything clean and running smoothly in the house. We are conservation minded and one of us is a Vegan. We use natural cleaning products and try to not waste resources, such as water, electricity, food, etc? We believe in a nice, quiet, drama-free, respectful, communal living situation and are seeking someone who is looking for the same. We are LGBTQ+ friendly. MUST LOVE DOGS!

You must be responsible, currently employed and able to provide references to our landlord. You will sign a sublease and can vacate anytime with 45 days notice. A deposit of $1350 and the first month?s rent of $1350 is due before the move-in date. Total $2700 to move in.
