Big Quiet Room For Rent In Amazing Apartment

I have a room for rent, looking for long term roommate. The room is available January first. This room is unfurnished could be furnished... we are looking for a long term roommate to join our very peaceful friendly household.

The room gets natural light all day. the room faces the back and is extremely quiet. Also has a nice size closet. This room is 1075 utilities included.

The apartment has all new appliances, kitchen living room is always kept tidy. There are 2 full bathrooms so there's never any crowding.

There are 4 bedrooms, the roommates (2 guys and one girl) all have different schedules so for the most part we all do our own thing. It is a very adult apartment we all clean up after ourselves sometimes have dinner and friends over but mostly it's Netflix n chill ???????? Usually no one is home at the same time which is nice.

I am around this week to show the place its available to move in January 1st Just need a deposit and one month rent to move in.

I wish I didn't have to specify this but you need to be queer/animal/race/gender/etc friendly.

We can not accommodate couples or pets at this time.
