We have a beautiful front room available in our fourth floor apartment above Vanderbilt Ave in Prospect Heights. A three bedroom apartment with recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. Hardwood flooring throughout. New furniture in living room purchased Feb 2018. Bedroom is unfurnished and ideal for a king single bed. We have a brand new washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, flatscreen, and fibre WiFi.
This is a single room. Move in date May 1.
Close to 2,3,4,5, D, Q, R, C, G lines and LIRR at Barclays. Prospect Park also 10 mins walk. Vanderbilt Ave has an organic supermarket, many farm-to-table restaurants, cafes, ample hills ice creamery, etc.
Sharing with two housemates, Arron and Matt, both working in fiance in Manhattan. We are both clean, respectful and aware and are looking for the same.
