Looking for a respectful, responsible, fully employed roommate to share my duplex brownstone apt.
The apartment is furnished.
The neighborhood is terrific. s
Safe, clean, and tree lined. The neighbors are friendly.
(The brownstone is around the block from the subway.)
Excellent for quick subway access. Especially during the brutal cold/snowy months.)
Lots of nice resturaunts/bars nearby.
All Within a block or 2.

About the room:
Truly Spacious Bedroom: 19ft x 11ft.
Not the typical NYC "tiny box" bedroom.
Room has 2 tall windows, 2 roomy closets, a cieling fan. It also has a seperate unattached bathroom.
*The space is currently furnished. but can be edited.
(Full/Queen bed, dresser, bookcases, sofa, coffee table, cafe table & chair set, and lamps, refrigerator)
Perfect if you don't own much furniture but enjoy a comfortable space. It's a totally flexible starter space.
Highly adaptable to almost any decor.
(It's yours to personalize.)

I have a roommate who is packing to leave so I haven't taken new pics.

The bedroom has its own private entrance.
You'd have full use of the entire ground floor of the apartment.

Youd also be welcomed to enjoy the private backyard garden.

A great little escape from all the noise & city traffic on those days & nights off.

My bedroom (and seperate bathroom) are upstairs.
I also have my own seperate entrance.
Excellent for privacy.

The rent is $1900. Per month.
That includes heat, hot water/ Internet.
*Electric is seperate.
We'd split the cost evenly... 50/50. (Based on usage.)
*1 month rent and 1 month security required..

Note: I've been told the pics don't adequately show how SPACIOUS or comfortable the apartment actually is.
Ive been told it's much nicer and is Bigger in person.

I'm open to either short term or long term applicants.
I'm flexible.
*If we get along well, we could always extend that time.
