My roommate is moving and I am looking to sublease this room under the official lease of my landlord.
The apartment is 1000 square feet and rooms are fully furnished. Lots of sunlight and plants.
The Master bedroom is almost 250 square feet with two large windows to a green and peaceful view toward backyards. A full bathroom which is private inside of the room. I have another professional 24 old male roommate who is very busy with his work and very quiet . About the apartment: The apartment has two large bedrooms and one small room, two full baths, a brand new open kitchen, comfortable and huge living room and all rooms with large windows and lots of lights toward the green and peaceful backyard.

Important: My landlord requirement is minimum 6.7 credit score and $1100 for deposit. If you would like to contact me, please make sure about your credit score first.

About me: I consider myself progressive LGBT and Green Brookline who moved from Park Slope to Sunset park via gentrification. I am friendly, calm, clean and creative in my 50’s from Iran. I have had different sides in my life but these years I am in cultural food, mindfulness and creative writing. I am a mix of introvert and extrovert so most of the time you don't feel That I am at home. English is my second language and sometime you can hear Persian language from my room. And if you like to learn it like my other roommate, I can teach you some words. Home for me is a peaceful place for exprementing my new food recipes and sharing it with my roommates:) Doing creative writing in my cozy room for hours and some relaxing activities like yoga in my green aria. As a private chef and a food instructor I can pay my bills but acctually I am Journalist/activist and very well wellnoun feminist in my Iranian cumunity .I use my free time for storytelling and meditation, reading and watching movies by my headphone on my lab tube. I do outdoors and travel a lot and my best hubby is biking along the water and doing my creative writing at Terminal Bush Park which is 5 mint from my home.
