The house is in a quiet and safe street. The room has natural light. The room is unfurnished. It can fit a full size bed and a desk. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

The roommates are two professional male and female, who work full time. We are quiet and respectful, and value open communication.

Rent is $850 + utilities (about $50/month). Heat and hot water included.

First rent, plus $850 security deposit to move in.
