*** Potentially available 5/1 *** Two bedroom, two bath, luxury apartment located in Park Slope. Doorman building with private baths for each person, private balcony, large shared deck for the building, laundry in building, dishwasher, and 1 block away from subway. The landlord will require a credit check and security deposit. We would sign a 1 year lease together. I have lived in NYC for 12 years, 8 years in this building, it's a great building! I'm looking for someone who is looking for a home. We do not nesiisarrly need to be friends. But I am looking for someone who is likeminded, fun, and friendly.. I'm a very laid back person, I'm a homebody. Cleanliness is VERY important to me. I'm a nurse. If Im not at work, I'm home, cooking, cleaning (lol), watching TV, out with friends, or having a dinner party. Nothing crazy just a couple people over, and not often. I prefer to FaceTime before showing the apartment to get a sense if we would be compatible.
