We have an awesome room (sublease) available June 1st.
Glorious location in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn, on a tree lined block, a few steps to the subway - off the Jefferson stop on L train. Close commute to Manhattan about 15-20 minutes.
Our neighborhood offers lots of nice bars, restaurants, laundry, coffee shops, galleries, yoga, and much more within walking distance. Nice vibe!!
The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained.

This is a three-bedroom apartment and you would be sharing common areas with two awesome guys.

We are looking for someone who has living roommate experience, Super chill, super Clean, Responsible, Respectful, Financially stable, Mature, LGTBQ+ friendly and willing to share roommate household duties. Someone who takes pride in where they live, even if it's just for a split second.

The room is not furnished, it’s large with lots of natural lighting, for only one person, it has two windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings, closet and private entrance ( European style). The room is private, you have to go through the hallway to go into the apartment to use common areas. This rent for the room is $1,500 per month plus utilities and WiFi. Looking for a one year commitment.

This is a sublease for one year maybe longer. You would need the first month rent plus security deposit and we welcome qualified co-signers.
Sorry no pets, we love them but highly allergic.
