Our older Victorian Home built 1910 Gray Stucco outside color, cozy inside. 2nd floor apt and 3rd floor apt.

Front garden and porch/balcony/terrace each floor,. Windows and sun exposure on 4 sides, HUGE original bedrooms, closets, furnished, OR UNFURNISHED, parquet floors, high ceilings, front & backyard.

THE various rooms on 2 separate floors, SEPARATE FULL APT AND SEPARATE UTILITIES are spread out over 2 floors with separate kitchens and baths on each floor.. 2 rooms available on each level. THEREFORE NOT CROWDED VERY QUIET.

You have your choice of rooms within a 2 level 2 apartments in this house.. Your room is private. The kitchens, bath, on each floor are shared or feel private because of different schedules of you and someone else. if you are the only renter at the time and you are in luck to have private use for the time.

Each floor, 2nd and 3rd flr apartments consists 2 huge bedrooms a large kitchen and large bath and open terrace. .

We offer twin or full beds, towels, bedding, pillows, desk, lamps, kitchen utensils whatever you need we have it..., etc. .

..If you want  new and modern and sleek then this is not for you.

The location is 1 block to the D train subway metro. 25 minutes to various NYC Manhattan areas to City Hall, Wall Street, Macy's Herald Sq. 34 st, 42st Times Square, Rockefeller center, Hunter college, NYU, central park, Madison Sq. Grdn.. Mount Sinai Hospital, all within reach via a scenic D train ride over the bridge.

D train The opposite direction takes you to Coney Island and Brighton Beach, swimming, entertainment
Luna Park, aquarium and fresh air on the boardwalk promenade 365 days a years.

When you had enuf of the big city skyscrapers and rooftop lounges then settle down for the night in the quieter orthodox and jewish neighborhood surrounded by China Town, Maimonides Hospital, Windsor and Greenwood, Dyker Hgts, Sunset Park, ++ other foreign folks live in and around this very safe Boro park area of Brooklyn..

You can visit renowned Jewish Restaurants such as Urbana just across the street.. The great fresh bread, NY Bagels, pastry bakeries, Sushi, Amnons Pizza, Health food stores, gourmet take out food stores, supermarkets that are Polish, Hungarian, Chinese, Spanish, Jewish, Italian, all down the block and some are very close by 13 ave, 8th ave, 16 ave etc.

Don't leave without sampling famous NY Bagels that only Brooklyn water can provide..

Just at the corner gastronome extravaganza. all your conveniences; food, grocery shopping, Vegan, Vegetarian gluten free, any menu and health food stores, Internet cafe, restaurants, banks, cleaners, laundromat, take out, parks, trains-buses hospital, library, shoe maker, computer shops, at your fingertips. open until midnight. safe neighborhood to be out very late..

We are looking for friendly, respectable, courteous people.. who are employed out of the house, or lately working from home as well, students -professionals, interns, artists, language studies, medical students (because of hospitals nearby), phd students, commuters, tourists etc..

We also offer summer time SHORT off campus housing for university and college students.

ALL YEAR short or long term rentals. MONTH TO MONTH AS WELL.

We have 1 male on one of the floors, a young artsy couple on the next floor, . (perhaps friends want to share the apt among themselves.) now is the opportunity.

We are fine with couples. just to explain we charge per person so a double room with 1 full bed or 2 twin beds is different price than single occupancy room,. Plus Utilities.
