Spacious apartment with lovable roommate!

Hello!
I am looking for a FEMALE roommate who is friendly and willing to get to know each other. Awkward living situations are a no, no for me, I would much prefer for my roommate and I to have a comfortable and cozy home environment. If we are buying something for the apartment I believe in sharing expenses - you get toilet paper once, it's on me the second time, etc. I work full-time (some days from home and others from the office) and am typically not home most of the weekend. My boyfriend very rarely comes over and if you are seeing someone then I would expect the same from your partner. House parties and inviting lots of friends over is also not okay.
Rent for the apartment is 800$, utilities included. There is no lease but it is expected that you will be intending to stay long-term. The apartment is fully furnished. Your room has a queen sized bed, two small tables and a desk-lamp, a large dresser and a closet.
A 7 minute walk away are the Q and F trains, across the street is a deli and down the block are two supermarkets (Netcost and Key Food), a CVS and a little further is Blink Fitness. The area is quiet and the boardwalk and the Ocean is a 10 minute walk away. It is a predominantly Russian area and there are mainly Russian stores nearby.
