Located on the edge of Borough Park and Kensington, about a 10 minute walk to the Church Ave F/G and a 10 minute walk to the 9th Ave D. We have a room available. Dimensions are 9'6"W x 10'L x 9'H with a closet that is 37"x17". The room is currently pictured with a full size bed. You can keep the bed and dresser if you want. The room is located off of the kitchen. One other bedroom is adjacent to this room, and the other one is on the opposite side of the living room down the hallway. The rest of the apartment itself is fairly spacious.

We have a kitchen with cabinet space, a new stove that was put in this year, and new fridge. There is also an office off to the side of the living room where you would have a section with a desk, or use as you see fit.

This is an upstairs apartment, and our downstairs neighbors are the landlords. The landlord is great and any issues we've had, they take care of very quickly. This is a quiet area, which is nice as well.

The current roommates are very chill and we all get along. I'm moving out on the 1st, so you can take over the room then, or any time in June. That portion of the month would be pro-rated. You would be taking over the lease, so there is first, last, and 1 month security. Rent is $800 per month.
