We're looking for a roommate to fill one bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment with an office. I am moving in with my girlfriend and am leaving behind 2 amazing, clean, quiet & kind roommates and this amazing large and very affordable apartment.

We've lived in the apartment for 7 years and are all artists & musicians so its fairly "lived in" and decorated eclectically, roommates are willing to change decoration to accommodate you. Hardwood floors, lots of natural light, very large living room, office space, good sized kitchen, and large room (9' x 10.5') with large closet easily fits a queen and 2 dressers.

The building is near the F, G, B, D lines. It's a short walk to prospect park & greenwood cemetery. Close to great restaurants, bookstores, bakeries, and bars on 5th, 6th & 7th Avenue by train or bus (10-15mins) very safe and quiet neighborhood.

The monthly rent is $720 which includes heat/water. Bills usually come out to about $40-50/month. I can remove all the furniture from the room but I have a bed I will be leaving, a dresser unit that can remain (Its one of the roommates) an AC.
