Room in duplex apartment with washer/dryer, balcon

Looking for a female tenant interested in a 3 month sublet! The move-in date is flexible?any time before June 15th is possible (and we'll pro-rate the rent). The lease renews in September at which point the subletter could sign the new lease agreement.

This is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom apartment (read: everybody can pee at the same time). The apartment has two floors: the first consists of a large, open space for the living room, dining room and kitchen, and the second has the bedrooms. The kitchen has ample storage space and a granite-covered island with bar seating.

Location: the building is a 6 minute walk from Atlantic Ave-Barclays center in between the neighborhood of Park Slope and Boerum Hill.

The room: The dimensions are roughly 12 x 7.5 ft, not including the closet measuring 5 x 2 ft. My current roommate has a full size bed but the person before her fit a queen against the far wall. The new roommate would share a bathroom with one other roommate.

*At the moment we are only doing virtual tours of the space. I realize this is not ideal, but my roommates and I think it's the safest option for everybody.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The security deposit is one month?s rent, and, because we have central air and pay for gas, utilities usually run from $100-150 per month for each of us.

I am also asking candidates to show bank records of their income for the past three months, or three months of bank statements for a savings account in their name.
