Full-year lease in beautiful Brookyln apartment!

Private room in a winged apartment (my room and your room will be on opposite sides of the hallway). Current roommate has a double/full-sized bed, but room can easily fit a queen as well. Unique French doors, high ceilings, and great sized closet. Shared living area, kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, oven, and microwave, and shared bathroom. Laundry in basement of building and access to a beautiful rooftop with stunning views of Downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan! Fourth floor of a walkup. Building is safe, quiet, and pet-friendly (with management's approval).

I'm a 23-year-old publishing professional originally from Baltimore who loves sports, books, and dogs. I have been living in New York for two years and in this apartment for one year. I'm not a super huge partier but I do like to have fun, though I never bring the party home.

My ideal roommate is respectful and laid-back. I am not the tidiest person in the world and I don't expect you to be either, but I do expect the common spaces to be relatively clean. I am also a vegetarian; you don't have to be, but please be respectful of this and please clean all plates and silverware that are used for meat. I am looking for someone who is working or in grad school full-time and who doesn't use hard drugs or smoke cigarettes. Ideally I would love to be your friend as well, but I am at least expecting somebody I can live comfortably with.
