About our apartment:
Our apartment is very spacious and 4 bedrooms, but you'll only live with two other roommates. My bedroom and office are on the other side of the apartment and you and the other roommate will be facing the quiet 19th Avenue. Your room is approximately 19'-0"x7'-0" and currently fits a queen sized bedroom, a desk, office chair and a clothes rack. The common spaces includes a spacious galley style kitchen with a true eat in kitchen and completely separate living room. The common spaces are currently furnished. The entire apartment is wood/ tiling. We are very tidy people and take our shoes off at the door. Move in date will be June 15th, so for move in, it will be a $700 deposit and half months rent (so $1,050 on move in) since rent is every 1st of the month. Utilities will be split among the three of us and consists of electricity, gas, and cable/internet. Because we both love to cook, we have a plethora of kitchen appliances, air fryer, keurig, toaster oven, slow cooker, food chopper, rice cooker, and soda stream. You are free to use them all!!

About the location:
We live on a quiet Avenue, one block away from busy 18th Avenue. There's two laundromats a block away as well as several restaurants. You'll have your pick of several pizza shops, Subways, Popeyes, tex-mex, sushi, bubble tea, Viet, noodles, and ice cream/ dessert spots. The D and the N trains are about a 7-10 minute walk, the B8 bus is about a 2 minute walk and the B6 bus is about a 5 minute walk. There are several grocery shops nearby including C-town, Key Foods and a local grocery shop. There is a summer festival every year, usually in August, which consists of carnival rides, foods and games.
