I have a large, west-facing bedroom in my 2BR/1BA apartment available for a 6-week sublet. The room gets beautiful golden hour light and has patio access. It features strong A/C, and is ideal for someone needing a peaceful, fully-equipped home base in Brooklyn for the summertime. Since this is a short-term lease, it can include a bed frame, mattress, and protector with prior notice (no change to pricing)

🗓 Dates: June 15 – July 31 (fixed lease)
💰 Rent: $2,550 with $425 deposit (refundable)
🔑 Move-in: $1,700 due before key/fob handoff
📦 Heads up: I’ll start lightly packing up around July 15

About the Apartment: Second-floor unit in an elevator building—super clean and stocked with everything you’d need to cook or keep tidy (Dyson vacuum, iron, cleaning supplies, etc.). Trash chute is right down the hall.

Located next door to a grocery store, the building is a 7min walk to the A and the C train. There are at least three bodegas, a couple coffee shops, a banging biscuit shop, and a Sunday block party nearby. Building has a beautifully furnished roof overlooking the city, full gym, work room, game room, paid laundry room, mail room, and bike room.

About the Roommate: I'm a 32-year-old Black/Chinese woman and VP of Design for a Texas-based firm (remote). I’m music-obsessed (headphones always), a night owl, and usually gone on weekends with my partner. A calm, respectful vibe is maintained in the space and I am meticulously tidy. Quiet dogs are welcome. Apartment stays comfortably between 72–76°F.
