Private Downstair Area with a Full Bathroom

This apartment is perfect for a spaced out feeling and for someone who wants a little more privacy. The available room is a “garden apartment” type space. The whole downstairs is private with its own full bathroom and separate entrance to use if preferred. There’s even a little space between the bedroom and bathroom that could easily fit a desk and a reading chair or a futon etc. There are two closets for storage. There is a shared kitchen, living room, and reading/writing room upstairs, all of which I’ve already furnished. Bedroom will be unfurnished but a bed frame can be provided. Plenty of spaces to lounge, including an awesome backyard. We’re very clean and neat and are looking for someone similar. I value a quiet home where people can be productive and creative and do their own thing. Very peaceful space :) creatives, students, intellects of all kinds welcome! Ideally we don’t want someone who works from home full time. I am an artist, working in film and also a painter and bartender. My roommate is another female (28yo) who works for a skateboard nonprofit. The location of the apartment is so great - it’s a one way street, easy parking, 1.5 blocks away from Saratoga park, around the corner from coffee shops, delis, food. Bars in walking distance and equidistant from the Gate J and the Halsey J. Walking distance from the A/C as well.
