Hi everyone!
Looking for person that will take over my room in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in a luxury building in Bed-Stuy.
It’s an Official lease starting July 1st.
$1250 a month + utilities (~$75 a month)
The room is technically a studio inside the apartment.
You will have the biggest room in the apartment with huge windows, large closet and your own en-suite full bathroom. The room is the furthest from the living space and doesn’t have any neighbours behind the wall so it’s very private and peaceful. The room fits everything you will ever need. The bathroom is clean and modern. The room gets a lot of light. Apartment has an A/C that is controlled from the living room.
The living space is pretty much minimalistic: we a coach, a small kitchen table with a few chairs and everything you need in the kitchen to make yourself food. The kitchen has dishwasher.
The building is quite new and has a luxury feeling to it.
There is a gym on the bottom floor, that has everything needed for a good workout and controllable A/C.
There is a laundry in the building as well.
As well as a game room, Lounge room and a nice rooftop with Manhattan views. Also a smaller rooftop on the floor below in case you were planning to host a party or just need more privacy.
