1 room in modern 2 floor apartment available!

We have a lease until January and need someone to rent out our spare room! The apartment is a few minutes away from the A/C train and about 40 minutes away from manhattan.

The has a high ceiling entrance. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom space. We have a laundry and dryer in the building (not in the unit), a very cool rooftop and a backyard. The room currently has a bed, standing desk, and dresser. Pretty large closet too. If you have your own furniture we can remove the furniture. You'd be on the top floor and share a bathroom with one of the roommates, but you can use both bathrooms as you need.

I work as a marketer in the city and the other roomie works in the restaurant industry. My job is hybrid so I work from home a few days out of the week. The other roommate works weekends and evenings so he is out most nights.

I'm really outdoorsy, hikes, tennis, and skateboarding. Pretty laidback overall. My roomate is a theater/performance artist.

We are open to renting the space out for the rest of the lease or in maybe a 3 month increment.
