Looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease on our apartment in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, ending July 31st, with the option to sign a new 12-month lease instead if preferred! Available mid-late Feb, with some flexibility on date. Unfortunately we have to give it up as current roommates are moving to other neighborhoods to be closer to new jobs.

The apartment is 4-bed/2-bath, with an extra 5th room upstairs with direct access to the large outdoor roof area. Central air for A/C and heating. All rooms fit queen-sized beds. 3rd floor walk-up in a charming pre-war building with a laundry room in the basement. 5 minute walk to the A/C train and 10 minutes to the G train. Walking distance to a lot of fun restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops in Bed-Stuy, and easy subway access to other areas of Brooklyn and into downtown Manhattan (around 20 minutes).

Rent is $4000/month, and the security deposit is 1-month’s rent. You will be completing a normal rental application with our management company (they are great and have been very responsive). Please message me with any questions!
