I'm looking for 2 roommates to fill 2 rooms open in a lovely area in the heart of Bed-Stuy. Hoping to sign year-long lease starting June 1st.

The Building:
- Elevator
- Roof access with magnificent views of Downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan
- Park/playground literally across the street
- Backyard accessible to ALL residents
- Virtual doorman with video intercom and Fob functionality for the front door.
- Laundry in building on the top floor (and it works!)
- couple minutes to G on one side and to the J, M on other side. B15, B38 and B43 all around the block.
- 3 large grocery stores around the block as well as a couple corner stores.
- 3 min walk to couple bars and restaurants.
- responsive landlords, fix issues quickly

The Apt:
3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms accessible to all 3 residents.
- All rooms get ample sunlight all day (because we are facing the park).
- Dishwasher
- microwave
- electric cooker
- fridge
- individual wall a/c+heater in every room (so you control the temp of your room).
- Living area can fit two couches, centre table and a tv.
- kitchen area has lots of cabinets to fit everyone's utensils and ample counter space so two people can cook at the same time.
- hot water included in rent
- utilities would be electricity and internet (about 60 a month)

The Rooms:
Both have large closets, and individual a/c + heater.
975 room can fit a full bed and a desk easily. Also has a private balcony.
1100 can fit a queen and a desk or a full bed with a desk and a loveseat easily, what configuration you want.

Bathrooms:
2 Full bathrooms, one bathtub, the other shower.

About Me:
Full-time software developer, currently working from home. I've lived in this building for 2 years and love it here. Not ready to leave yet. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's a steal.
Mostly keep to myself, clean, respectful, quiet. I do a lot of software development so I stay quietly in my room for long hours. Also do some filmmaking and photography on the side.

Potential Roommates:
preferably professional but students welcome. What's important is good income, credit, and rent history(!). Guarantors welcome.
Looking for chill, easy-going people. Also must be very clean. my previous roommates and I kept a tidy space and I'd love to keep it that way.
Small gatherings are alright (the roof has space). But
NO hardcore partiers or smokers. NO loud music in room (work from home). No drugs either. For the time being, this is our living and our working space so it has to be comfortable and habitable at all times. Small, low-energy pets (cats, hamsters etc) possible, upon verification from the landlord.

Looking for two people to sign the June 1 lease as soon as possible (move-in whenever)
