Hello! My roommates and I currently looking for someone to take over our former roommate’s lease. We are 3 working men in their mid 20s occupying the other rooms. The unit has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms and has a kitchen/living area as well. There is an internal A/C

The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the A/C on Nostrand and Fulton (a 15-20 minute reside ride to Manhattan), and an 11 minute walk from the G train located on Nostrand and Lafayette. We are also located about 15-20 minutes away from both Atlantic Ave - Barclays Center and the Brooklyn Museum. Additionally, there are great food options and bars a block up on Bedford or block down on Thompkins

The available room is spacious enough that it can easily fit a dresser and desk for professionals that work at home. We are looking for someone to take over the lease as soon as we can. Our preferences is anyone in their 20s/30s, male or female (we are LGBQTIA+ friendly and 420 friendly), and clean. We have a washer/dryer in the apartment building and rooftop access with a lounging area. We are looking for a roommate who is willing to sign a year lease for an October 1st move in date
