Open bedroom in 3 bed, 2 bath apartment

We are two young, Black professionals looking for a third roommate to fill an empty room in our spacious apartment. The bedroom is 10 x12 and can comfortably fit a queen size bed. For reference, our previous roommate fit a queen size bed, a chair, a bookshelf, and a dresser into the space. The new roommate would share a bathroom with one other person. The apartment has lots of natural light and ample storage space (closets located in the living room and in the hallway). Additionally, we have a fourth bedroom that can be used for storage. The apartment is located on the third floor of a three apartment building and has a ton of space to spread out. Utilities (internet, gas, and electricity) are not included in the rent ($1075) and usually average out to ~$70 - $80 in the summer and ~$120 - 150 in the winter. We are looking for a respectful, social, kind female roommate who is responsible about rent and bills. Someone who is cleanly and will respect the public spaces and us. This apartment is perfect for a young professional or grad student who is used to working and living with other people. NO PETS.
