I like to keep a clean environment, a deep cleaning job once a week. There will be a cleaning schedule every week is someone turn to clean.

We ain’t got to be best friends but communication with each other is respectful to both parties. But we are also cool people who don’t mind hanging out, or rolling one up.

Bringing guest over just shoot me a quick text, can’t clean that week a quick text, going be late that month a quick text this is a dealbreaker we are very understanding.

I am NYC Teacher my work schedule from Mon- Fri 6 - 4. My morning routine is from 6Am - 6:20am we keep noise to a minimum and are out the house by 6:30. I ask during school days no loud noise after 11 pm thanks.
