I have a charming 2-bedroom apartment in the culturally rich and exceptionally diverse Bedstuy neighborhood that has something for just about everyone. Am seeking the ideal creative being to make the unfurnished room their own. The perfectly quiet and peaceful atmosphere is exactly right for anyone working from home or returning from work after a long day of Covid-battling activities including mask-wearing and practicing safe distancing. The room comes with plenty of built-in storage cabinets, finished hardwood floors, and your private entrance to the shared bathroom with its deep jacuzzi bathtub. Plus, when showering, enjoy the high-pressure let-it rain shower head.
The cozy kitchen, which has all the necessary equipment and tools you need to prepare any type of meal, beckons your culinary creations. The rent is $1150. Utilities are included, but we will share the cost of the internet.

We are surrounded by the one-of-a-kind spirit of Bedstuy’s friendly garden-growing neighbors on a quiet block near cafes, unique sandwich shops, and trendy bars that both seat and deliver. Just a 5-minute walk to A, C, and Jay trains, and buses are even closer: B56 (east/westbound) and B47 (north/south). There is plenty of parking available too for drivers.

A little bit about me, the person with whom you will be house-sharing. My early years in NY were spent as a writer, performer, and producer of multi-media performance plays, sketches, and skits for legendary comedy series, and stints as a distinguished visiting professor at such universities as Yale, Harvard, and Princeton.

I am presently in the financial services business showing clients how to grow money through safe investing. I have traveled extensively and can honestly say have planted my feet on six of the world's seven continents. I am continually curious and interested in people and their cultures, comedy, the arts, music, social and racial justice, exquisite food, and a bottle of wine from Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages.

Looking for someone who is easy to have a good relationship with, keeps things clean and organized, is considerate of others, and most importantly loves and respects themselves. If you have an allergy to cats, however, our sharing an apartment will not be possible as I have a beautiful one whom I adore.
