Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease (that ends on July 31, 2021) with an option to renew. So the room is available now. It is a brightly-lit small room that can fit a queen-sized bed, as shown in the pictures. The curtains and bed are free if you would like to keep them.
The rent is $787 / month (excluding utilities). Utilities range from $50 - 100 / month depending on the season (i. e. use of AC or heaters), and WiFi is about $20 / month.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other roommate. The kitchen has all the essentials you may need. Everything in the kitchen and living area are shared (except for food and other things stated by the roommates). The apartment has rooftop access. There is a washer & dryer in the basement, but there are also 2 laundromats nearby. A grocery store is only a few minutes walk. Located below the apartment is a Chinese takeout place and a liquor store. Other places nearby include 2 coffee shops, 3 pizza places, a hardware store, Dollar Junction, Family Dollar, etc. Home Depot is also about 3 blocks away. There are 2 bus stops right outside the apartment. Bus B38 can take you to Downtown Brooklyn where Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Apple, Macy's, and other shopping stores are located. Bus B43 can take you to Williamsburg. The apartment is a 10- to 15-min walk to 3 subway stations where you can take the J, M, Z, and G trains. Overall, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the location is convenient.

There are 2 females currently living in the apartment. They are both very respectful, kind, and down-to-earth. Pets are not allowed, unfortunately, due to allergies. The apartment is friendly. Here are the roommates :

24F : Hi, Gigi here (she / her). I'm 24 and a journalism and art student of CUNY. I love to cook, bike, do yoga, listen to music, shop, and be active. I'm extroverted, friendly, and goofy, but I definitely enjoy alone time too. LGBT+ and 420 enthusiast.
