Looking for third and final roommate to fill out spacious apartment on the border of Bed-Stuy and Bushwick located on Hart Street. The apartment encompasses a large base floor consisting of 3 bedrooms (one of which an egress to the back yard), a full bathroom, and friendly kitchen space. In addition to the base floor is an equally spacious basement with a half bathroom as well as washer/dryer room. We're open to any and all ideas for how this malleable basement space could be used.

Altogether, the deal would include a sizable, discreet bedroom with easy kitchen and bathroom access, as well as a back yard and on top of that a massive basement that can be used to your hearts' desire. The general area is quiet and is a quick walk from the Myrtle-Broadway JMZ stop.
