Looking for a Roommate in Spacious Apartment!

Hi There,

My roommate and I are looking for (ideally) a female roommate in their late 20's/early 30's to share our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. We are creatives who appreciate the outdoors, chill and on the quieter side, and fans of pizza and movie nights. The apartment is spacious, holds a lot of light, and has a private terrace.

We also live with a cat! This was my first experience living with a cat, but this cat has seriously converted me. She's the most even tempered cat I've ever encountered.

I am leaving thanks to Covid-19 upsetting my 2020 plans in New York.
I have become such great friends with my roommate, and would really like to make sure she's set up with the right person :)

THE ROOM: "Spacious"
The room is definitely the largest in the apartment! It can comfortably fit a bed, desk, sofa, wardrobe, and yoga mat - all sprawled out. It has a nicely sized built in closet as well (~2 meters wide). There is a vertical beam in the corner of the room, but I don't notice it too much. Perfect for someone who is working from home.

The bedroom is unfurnished, but the carpet + Double sized bed & Mattress can be left behind if the new roommate is interested in purchasing the bed frame and mattress (purchased in February this year/has a mattress protector)!

Who we are looking for:
Someone who is respectful about sharing a living space/environment, responsible/proactive about household chores, and knows how to upkeep cleanliness (this is so important).

We have been following quarantine precautions so we expect that the person that comes follows them as much as possible. For example: we wash our hands upon entering, we like to wipe down the door handles if we've been out and about, we don't wear shoes in the apartment, and keep our network of face to face friends limited until further notice.

We consider "home" to be a sanctuary so it is important that the person that comes into the space has similar values, lifestyle patterns, and respects personal space.

11 min walk to Myrtle/JMZ,
15 min walk to Bedford-Nostrand Av/G
and different buses around.
Grocery store on the same block.

Utilities not included.
Laundry in the building.
Shared rooftop, gym, theater, and lounge.
NO COUPLES or pets accepted.

MINIMUM: 2 Month Rent
Security Deposit: Amount of 1 month rent.
