Sunny, spacious room available in a large, 3-level Bed-Stuy apartment! The room is approx 250 square feet, with private en-suite bathroom, two double-door closets and a small balcony. The apartment has new appliances and comfy common areas. The Ralph Ave “C” train stop is literally just a few steps away.

The room comes with me and my 2 calm, friendly dogs as housemates, so pet-lovers only, please! If you also have a cat or dog, that’s great, as long as we all get along. COVID precautions are very important to me, and we can agree on what we will do to keep the household safe and healthy.

The apartment has 3 floors: the 1st level has the shared common areas (kitchen, eating and living area). The 2nd level has the available room with its private bathroom. The 3rd level has my rooms and the shared laundry. There’s also a roof with a Manhattan skyline view!

The vibe of the apt is calm, relaxed and quiet. Shared spaces in the apt are neat but not fanatically so. I'm a 50ish, young-at-heart lesbian, currently working from home in education admin. I enjoy the outdoors, cooking, and culture... I’m on the far-left politically and always open-minded. I enjoy sharing a glass of wine and conversation with my housemate - and also am respectful and aware of everyone's need for privacy.

The room is available furnished or unfurnished, for move in on or after 2/1/21. The room is available for between 4 and 8 months. Let me know if you’re interested in a video tour. A signed document with the terms we agree to will be required.
