3 roommates looking for a 4th in bed stuy!

Three roommates looking for a 4th to fill a room that will be available to move in by 1st of September for $950 a month. You'd be signing on to a 1 year lease. This apartment is home to 3 ladies (mid-late 20s) from a POC and LGBT friendly background. We're in the 5th/top floor apartment of a walk up so we like to consider ourselves the "penthouse queens" of the building. Exercise those buns!

The room has a good size closet with sliding doors and a decorative fireplace. Street facing window. When looking at the photos, your bedroom door would be the French doors in the living room. We split ConEd, Wifi and National Grid which adds up to about a total of $50-70 per person depending on the time of year. The apartment is about a 5min walk from the Bedford-Nostrand G train and a 15min walk to the Nostrand AC train. We also have access to the b38, b52, and b44. The apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms with 1 bath. It has Central AC/heating. We're surrounded by a good number of grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Nice area with things going on but not too hectic. We're looking for a chill person who cleans up after themselves and respects that the apartment is a place to relax. We are 420 friendly inside so must be ok with that (no tobacco smoking inside at all). Looking for someone to seamlessly join our group. We?re always down to watch tv and hang, or grab a drink. We facilitate an inclusive environment and try to invite each other to things that we have going on, but with that said we all love alone time too. We have access to the roof which is a nice hang out location.

We?re also open to redecorating and redoing things if you have ideas or items you want to move in.

Washing hands once you return from outside and cleaning groceries. Cleaning after yourself. Not bringing people over during this time.
