Bedroom with Private Bathroom: Bedstuy

Hey everyone! I?m looking for a 3rd roommate for 3 BD 2BR apt in BedStuy. The bedroom includes a window, central AC, and a large closet as well as your own private full bathroom (standing shower) next to your bedroom. Sink includes drawers for additional storage. Bedroom faces the front of the building and there is a park across the street which allows for a lot of sunlight!

Building includes a rooftop with lounge chairs, backyard, bike room, laundry, and elevator. It is a very aesthetically pleasing apartment with mint green walls, Edison light bulbs, and comfortable living room space. Kitchen appliances include oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Due to the pandemic I am currently working from home, but my normal hours are 10-6pm. I work in fundraising for a nonprofit in the city, love to travel, I?m a runner, enjoy bike rides, and pretty much just love nature. I?m an avid reader that loves the occasional boozy brunch and playing old records!

I?m looking for a friendly, respectful, organized and clean roommate & someone that would like to occasionally unwind with a glass of wine (or juice ? ), watch a movie or just chat. Ideally, looking for a male to balance out the apartment, also in their late 20?s or 30?s.

This apartment is a 1-year lease with an August 1st move in.
The train G train Myrtle Willoughby stop is about a 12 min walk (G Nostrand- 15 min) or J train Myrtle Broadway, also 12 min walk (J Kosciuszko-15 min). There are also many buses near the apartment.
