I'm the founder/designer of a small fashion line and musician who has lived in this apartment over two years. Love this place but must relocate temporarily for urgent work and family needs.

I own the lease and the landlord lives on bottom floor of building (4 floors total). I?m available to show you video tours of the apartment if needed!

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- 2 month minimum with flexible starting and ending date (possible extension tbd) Mid July start date ideal
