Large 1bd in BedStuy for 1yr lease, W/D in unit!

Hello! Needing to find a roommate to take over a large unfurnished bedroom in Bed Stuy. The rest of the apartment is furnished. The bedroom is a large east-facing, back-of-the-building, 11'4" X 11'5" space. Lots of natural light during morning hours. The rest of the apartment is updated and shared. Rent would be a one year lease for $2,266, split in half, and we cover electricity, WiFi, and gas. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Room available starting July 1.

Pictures are of the room available and some of the shared spaces. My current roommate is still in the apartment, so it is currently furnished.

The apartment is within a few minutes' walk to the C Ralph station. There are two bodegas on the block, in addition to a liquor store. There's a Key Food and a Foodtown within a 15 minute walk, in addition to a few other larger bodegas with bigger grocery selections.

I've been in the City for a little over two years. I work in Midtown in nonprofit business management, but have been working from home and will be for the foreseeable future. I'm easy going and keep a tidy apartment. Hope to find a roommate in a similar situation, but open to anyone able to take over the spot.
