A roommate (couples welcome too!) is needed in the 3rd floor of a newly renovated brownstone (2 br, 1 ba) with laundry and central air/heat in the unit and a roof deck on top. Your bedroom is huge with a kick ass balcony overlooking a backyard at the back of the building. The apartment has lots of light everywhere. The living area opens to the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and stone counter tops. I already have most of the living room and kitchen mostly furnished, you'll just need to fill in your room.

Located on Hancock Street between Nostrand and Marcy, the place is just a minute from the A, C and LIRR stations at Nostrand.

I'm a very easy going engineer working in Garden City, but living in Bed-Stuy. This is hopefully my last stop of slowly moving up the east coast over the years. Originally from Atlanta, I look forward to exploring NYC by bike. I like to keep the place tidy, and have some good chats, good quiet nights, good dinners (love to cook), and good laughs.
