High everyone!

I am looking for a new roommate to fill the house to move in March 1st. I am a professional geologist in my mid 30?s, who works all over the city at a 7-5 job. I?m very respectful, clean, friendly and am a generally easygoing guy. I have my dog Blue about 40% of the time, he is a 12-year-old pit mix who doesn?t bark, and generally just likes to get scratches. Very friendly with people but no other pets, please.

The bedroom is on the second floor facing the backyard of the house, with lots of light. It has a private full bathroom and closet, with a window AC unit and comes unfurnished.

The 2nd bedroom is in the basement, with access provided with a second private entrance to the basement. The room has two southern facing windows, which provide a lot of light to space. You have a private full bathroom and a second smaller study between the main room and the bathroom.

The house is a 3 story 1500 S. F, has 3 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, backyard, in house free washer/dryer, dishwasher, optional parking space in the driveway, storage under the same.

The apartment is in Bed-Stuy half a block from the Myrtle Willoughby G stop and a quick walk (10 min) to the JMZ Myrtle Ave station. I am looking for people to join the lease with me, applicants would have to pass a credit check, provide proof of employment and income in order to qualify to join the lease. Also currently looking to fill the second basement room.

Price doesn?t include utilities.
