Roommate needed for clean, new apt. near J train

Looking for a kind, clean, and quiet roommate to move in to a room starting Jan. 1st, 2020. Current roommate is moving in w/ his girlfriend.

Some highlights of the building:

1 block away from Gates Ave. J train BUT far enough not to hear rumbling.
Management does a great job w/ building. Cleans halls M-F and takes out recycling. They are responsive.
New building. 7 stories + roof
Roof has awesome view of Brooklyn/Queens. Perfect for hosting (albeit not in winter). I have a grill up top.
Electronic entrance
Next door to gym (Blink fitness)
1 block away from post office
Quiet building all together
Laundry downstairs

AC and heat in each room and controlled via remotes
Hardwood floors
Nice sized bathroom
I don?t have a lot of furniture. You are welcome to bring in stuff and not have to downsize
Closet in your room
Double-pane windows to cut down on street noise
2nd floor but there is an elevator
Rooms are NY small. Come see for yourself.

About me:

I freelance in film production. I have an unconventional schedule. Sometimes late nights, early mornings, off days on random weekdays and travel once a month. I tend to cook, clean, and keep the place tidy and simple. I DO have a cat. You gotta be good with him, though he?s older and sleeps about 18 hours a day and meows at me mostly. He?s very sweet and honestly, people seem to love him. I would like a roommate who is a good communicator and is easy going. Happy to have a coffee or beer together but don't need to be best friends.

Rent does not include elec/high speed wifi. We split that each month. Tends to be about $70-90 per month, depending on use.
