W/D in unit
Private bath
I?m moving out of my spacious room in Bed Stuy and helping my roommates find someone to fill! One bedroom available starting November 1st (their lease runs through mid-June, though they may extend) in a three bedroom, two bathroom spacious and light-filled first floor apartment. The apartment has in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, spacious kitchen, dining, and living area, and is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom available for rent. The bedroom has two windows and a closet and can fit a bed of any size. They are two mid/late-20s females (a teacher and a writer) who enjoy spending time with friends, watching movies, cooking, music, and frequent trips to the beach. They are looking for someone interested in a more permanent home (at least until our lease is up) and not just passing through/in need of a temporary situation. Please email if interested and we will be happy to find time to meet and show the space! Rent is $1350 + some utilities (heat and hot water are included).
