Large Sunny Bedroom Apt Share

Hi Everyone,

John here. I'm looking for a roommate beginning November 1st in Bed Stuy.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 office, 1 bath and located on the 2nd floor of the building. The building was built in the 1931 and entirely gutted 11 years ago. It has hardwood floors, partially exposed original brick in all the rooms other than the bath. Each bedroom has a shallow fireplace original to the building (note: these were originally intended for coal to radiate heat rather than logs)

This is a great apt for someone looking for one roommate and likes having a shared office at home.

If you'd like the office for your own use that can be arranged and price negotiated.

The neighborhood is a big mix of people but very New York... It's technically Bed Stuy but on the cusp of S Wburgh and Clinton Hill. Plenty of spots to eat, grocery store 2 blocks away and 24hr bodega across the street.

The room will come unfurnished. It's currently painted brown but I'll paint it back to white. Fire escape out the window as well. Oh, laundry in the basement and rooftop access.

About me....I'm male, 33 y/o and lived in NYC for 10 years. I work as a retoucher and photographer. I'm a freelancer but with a long term gig that is a 10am-7pm job. I'm a pretty quiet guy overall, I def have a sense of humor and spend a good amount of time reading. Love to travel too! I'm currently in a pretty work intensive mode though. Sorry for the lame photo but I think it's helpful in some ways...

Financial: One year lease. This is an even split of the rent and space. The landlord will need to run a credit check prior to signing but that's about it. No fees! Utilities not included but split 2 ways, gas, electric and internet. Additionally I'd like to do a cleaning service every two months.

**The common area is furnished I'm currently updating the space but I'll update pics as I'm ongoing. The office space is along the same lines! But it's a fairly large space dimensions below.
