Large room in Bushwick/Bedstuy

We have a room in our 3 bedroom apartment available on April 1st. The apartment is right next to the Myrtle/Broadway J/M/Z stop with Bushwick on one side and Bedstuy on the other. Rent is $850 plus utilities with one month deposit. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, a dresser and a large closet but can also be unfurnished if you'd prefer that. You'd be sharing with Carl who runs a wine store in Williamsburg and Miriam, a hairdresser that live there only part of the week. (she's subletting my room since I'm staying in Vermont with my boyfriend at the moment). The cat in the pictures is not there any longer. What we're looking for: A friendly and easy going adult. We like our home to be a chill place where you can relax and be comfortable basically meaning that we clean up after ourselves and don't bring the party home. That pretty much sums it up! If you're up for drinking some wine, cooking some food, listening to some music and watch a show together, that's a plus!
