1BR in 3BR Apartment BK Brownstone

Greetings! My housemates and I are looking for a roommate to fill a decent-sized bedroom in our 3BR apartment in BedStuy for April 15 or May 1 (we are flexible on this date)

ABOUT US: We are two guys, one gal and a dog.

Room 1:
Morgan and Tanya are a couple and live in one room. Morgan works as a video editor + motion designer and is into electronic music, electric skateboards, street art, his girlfriend and his dog. Morgan's girlfriend, Tanya, works as a waitress, helps host a trivia night and takes care or Morgan's dog, Mojo. Mojo, is a very friendly and well behaved 10 year old black lab mix.

Room 2:
Brian is a recent Masters in digital media graduate and currently does work in experience design and augmented reality. He travels a few times a year. He likes to explore the city, do the occasional outdoorsy stuff, and play video games.

We occasionally chat in the kitchen and common area but we can be quiet and keep to ourselves in our rooms. We have lived in this apartment for 3+ years. We're all LGBT + Dog friendly and you should be too.

You

ABOUT YOU: You have a full time job and are in your mid twenties to late thirties. We're looking for someone that is clean, respectful, responsible, sociable, and dog-friendly. You pay your bills on-time and are responsive to communication. It's okay if you like to party but the party doesn't come home with you. You like peace and quiet at night too because we all know the daily grind takes a toll.

**No cats allowed.**
Dogs may be allowed depending on if our dogs get along and your dog is chill.

THE ROOM & THE RENT: The room is decently sized, big enough for a queen-sized bed plus a desk and nightstand with no problem. The rent for this room is $900 plus utilities (gas/electricity/internet) on top of that.

THE APARTMENT: Our apartment is a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. It's on the second floor (main floor?) and has central air conditioning and heating. There are several laundromats right around the corner. We're located on Hart St between Throop Ave and Tompkins Ave.

TRANSPORTATION: The G train is about an 8 minute walk away while the J/M/Z trains are about a 13 minute walk from our place. It should take about 30ish minutes to get into Manhattan and about 20ish minutes to get into Downtown Brooklyn. There are a few bus routes as well.

The room is available NOW! We are trying to fill the room for April 15 or May 1 but are flexible with this date. The lease will go until the end of July with option to renew once the lease is up.
