I'm looking for a roommate to rent out the other room in my 2 Bed - 1 Bath apartment. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, furnished with a stocked kitchen (+Microwave, Vitamix...). Gas, and WiFi are included in the price ($1,250 per month) It's located on the 1st floor of a townhouse. There is space in the hallway outside the apartment to store a bicycle or a small scooter.
The bedroom is furnished with a free-standing closet, a nightstand with a lamp, and a Queen Bed. There is space to put in additional furniture like a desk, dresser, etc. You are welcome to use my kitchen appliances, TV etc., as long as they are kept clean and used responsibly. No pets. No smoking. Move- in date is flexible.
About roomie: I work about 70-90hrs a week as a surgery resident. I leave at 5-530 in the morning and you'll have the shared space to yourself for most of the day.
