The apartment is situated just a few blocks from the R line which connects directly to Barclay's Center. A few blocks in the other direction and you'll find the pier on the water and Owl's Head Park.
A SuperFresh grocery store is just a block over along with several laundromats which offer pick up and delivery, and there are a variety of restaurants in the area as well
