Small room for female in prime Brooklyn location

Currently, we are looking for a tidy, responsible, and kind female to occupy one of the small bedrooms on the second floor of a beautiful house in Bay Ridge/Fort Hamilton!

Current roommates are in their 20’s and 30’s and are hardworking. The apartment is quiet, conveniently located near the R train (4-minute walk) and is a great place to call home. Plenty of shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and recreation are available in the neighborhood such as The Gap, Victoria Secret, Sephora, etc. and within a 15-minute walk to Shore Road Park, the sights of the ocean and walkway can be enjoyed.

The apartment currently has 3 girls (one moved out) and the new individual would be the 4th person to occupy the space. The apartment has two bathrooms; therefore, the new roommate would only share a spacious and clean bathroom with one other person.

The terrace is also part of the apartment specifically for the girls on the floor, where anyone of them could get plenty of sun, eat, or just take in fresh air. The open space of the living room provides direct sunlight to enter through the many windows. Kitchen is available for cooking.

Guests of roommates are ok with awareness provided to the other roommates (e. g. through text). No pets or smoking. Please note: As this is an all-girls space, preference and reach out will only be to females. If there are any questions, feel free to ask.
