Living Room (door to roommates bedroom)

Hello, my partner and I are looking for someone to take over our lease for our room beginning around Sept 1- move in date is a little bit flexible and if necessary we can work out prorated rent if you move in after the first.

Our room is the larger of two bedrooms in the apartment, and also has a closet which the other room doesnt. The apartment itself is in a recently renovated older building, all hardwood floors, newer stainless steel appliances.

You'll be living with our roommate Michael who will be staying, he's been a chill roomie, quiet and clean, in his late 30s he mostly just keeps to himself and plays video games in his room.

The apartment is cat friendly and four - twenty friendly (our roommate doesnt smoke but he doesnt care if you do) It's close to several grocery stores, tons of restaurants, and 5 mins walk from the subway.

If you're interested in the apartment you'll need to apply with the landlord, and you'll need good credit, proof of income, and first months rent and security, OR a guarantor.
