Hi there,
I am looking for a nice girl of any age to take over my beautiful room in a safe family area of Brooklyn, Bay Ridge!
I am moving closer to my work after 10 month living there by 1st of August.
The room contains my furniture I have been using for a year and it is in excellent condition which I am willing to leave for a new occupant for a fair price. Or move it out depending on your wish.
The owner of the house requires first and last month's rent plus a security deposit of 1100 usd. The building is being owned by a family and they are nice. Equally we are looking for a nice and polite girl with a great attitude.
The area is safe, quite, subway literally around the block (Bay Ridge Ave), plenty of grocery stores, movie theater 2 blocks away, GYM, VS store, Starbucks, Century 21 etc etc..
We have 2 bedrooms. One is occupied by a single mother with a 12 y. o. son, the other bedroom is yours, plus a HUGE living room and dining room.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
