Looking for one roommate

Hi! We are looking for a roommate by December 1st. We live in a 3 bedroom apartment with a private porch and yard. Our apartment is in a great location, only one block away from the 86th street R train. We are right around the corner from multiple restaurants and retail stores. We are looking for a kind, clean, respectful, and friendly person to have for a roommate. A dog lover is a must! We have a happy, friendly dog named Asher, who loves nothing more that a good cuddle on the couch. We also have a turtle named Squirtle. :)

The rent is $890 not including bills, cable or internet. We would split all bills evenly. I am asking for first and last month's rent. Last month's rent is a security deposit. The private room available is furnished, could be getting rid of if you have your own things and has a closet. The room was been painted recently. The walls are now a nice bluish, grey instead of yellow.

The living room and kitchen are furnished.

A little about myself. I am a 36 year old teacher. I am an animal lover. I am born and raised in Brooklyn. I like to be social, go out for drinks occasionally, watch a movie at home, and take a walk to Shore Road.

The third roommate is a friendly, 28 year old female, who works in real estate. She's from London. She enjoys cooking, socializing and watching horror movies. She also likes to go out for the occasional dinner or drink.

We both do not smoke or do drugs of any kind.

I'm really just looking for a kind, respectful person who would make a good fit to our apartment. Also someone we feel comfortable leaving our dog around. If you are interested please email me! Looking forward to hearing from you!
